We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Please allow for slight delays during peak periods or holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged items in transit. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
